Furnishings
I remember what it was like to be REALLY little.
So, when My daughter-in-law, Yuko, asked me to make a little table and chair for #1 granddaughter Grace, I got on to it (not all that fast, but faster than a lot of projects).
And, here is the result.

Grace seemed to realize they were for her right away, but wasn't sure what to do with them until her father plunked her into the chair and gave her some newspaper to rip up (current favorite pasttime).
I love being a grandpa.

Wow, that's a really nice table set Dad!
Thank you SO much Dad for making her table set! As you mentioned, she really knows that those are hers. She goes to her table set many times during day time, and touches them with smile on her face ^^. I've always thought it's really important for babies/kids to have a real table set to use, and I've always wanted to train our kid(s) to be still and to learn how to focus on project ( such as drawing, reading, writing etc.). So, now that she has her own wonderful table set, soon I can start training her with "Quiet Time" little by little. Thank you again for being a wonderful sweet Grandpa!! ^^
